Hi there experts.
I have two notebooks with fresh SO installation, one with Windows 7 and other with Windows 8, both Professional versions and both have the latest version of Java as well.
But when I try to connect to SAP PI 7.1 or SAP PI 7.3 (integration repository or integration directory) with Windows 8 Installation, I always have this message: Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://hostname:port/P4
With Windows 7 or other OS's like OSX and Windows XP / Vista, I can connect and work nicely.
So, it is not a matter of installation or configuration of SAP PI, as both SAP PI versions works with other OS's.
Any ideas what is this problem with Windows 8 ?
